Pasquale Cannatelli

Pasquale Cannatelli, was born on 8 September 1947, he has a degree in Economics and Business from the Università Cattolica of Milan and began his career in 1972 in Rank Xerox, subsequently moving in 1985 to Farmitalia Carlo Erba as Group Controller.

He then moved to Alitalia, first as a Director and then as Controller, before returning to Farmitalia where he was appointed Financial Director and Controller of the Erbamont Group.

In July 1997 he was appointed a director of Mediaset S.p.A. and Central Director of Planning and Control of the company.

In May 2003 was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Fininvest Spa. He left this role in June 2016, when he has been appointed Vice President of the holding, role he has maintained till June 2018. He is a member of the Board of directors of Fininvest S.p.A.

From 1997 to January 2018 he’s been part of the Board of Directors of Mediaset S.p.A. and from 2003 to April 2018 he has also been member of the Board of Directors of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore S.p.A. He's been part of the Board of AC Milan till April 2017.

Till December 2015 he was member of the Board of Directors of Mediolanum Spa.

Since March 2006 till September 2007 he was member of the Board of Directors of Capitalia S.p.A..
