Bruno Ermolli, Cavaliere del Lavoro, born in Varese in 1939, he lives in Milan.

Professional profile

Mr. Ermolli is an entrepreneur who has been active for over 40 years in management and strategy consulting. Bruno Ermolli founded Sin&rgetica in 1970.
Following his mandate as President of the National Association of Management Consultancy
Firms he has been promoter and one of the founding parties of "Federazione del Terziario Avanzato"(FTA), the federation of associations that includes the representatives of the advanced services industries in Italy. A few years later he was appointed President of the FTA for two mandates.
Through Sin&rgetica he has been involved in the reorganisation of first tier Italian banks; major private, public and state owned companies; multinational companies; foundations and other non profit institutions; the Public Administration (both central and local). In each project he was traditionally appointed as advisor from the design through the implementation phase.
Senior Advisor to several Italian Governments as management expert on reforms over local and central Organization for Public Administration.

Honours

2002: appointed "Cavaliere del Lavoro", the greatest institutional honour for business and social merits by the President of the Italian Republic
2001: received the "Ambrogino d'Oro" (institutional honour of the city of Milan)
